About my practice

My Approach

Calm, thoughtful and compassionate, my professional philosophy values equality, empowerment, knowledge and open-mindedness. We'll work collaboratively at a pace you're comfortable with and, for those clients who are interested, I'm happy to explain and discuss any concepts and ideas that arise during the course of our therapeutic relationship.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and work in accordance with its Ethical Framework.

A qualified integrative counsellor, I work with a range of counselling theories and approaches (including person-centred, CBT and Transactional Analysis) which enables me to be flexible and adaptable to the issues and objectives of each person I work with.
